Introduction:

Waterborne wood paint series products use waterborne polyurethane dispersion as binder, using aliphatic system which has a good resistance to yellowing and weather, the waterborne PUD was modified by a variety of active ingredients to get good fullness and surface hardness, the properties of the paint reach to the level of oil-based polyurethane paint. The product is water-soluble completely, formaldehyde and heavy metal content is lower than the national mandatory standards, and without any irritating odor.

Proposed matching system:

Match with Chenyang waterborne polyester primer, you can add Chenyang waterborne dressing agent to make transparent color finish, easy to modified the color.

Theorecial brushing area:20m²/KG (once brushing)

Construction precautions:

• Wood moisture content is less than 15%;
• The construction temperature must be more than 5 ℃, relative humidity must be less than 80%. Do not construct when the temperature is low and the humidity is high;
• All the waterborne wood paint, tools and wood can not contact with grease, oil paint, or thinner. Mixed with other paint is strictly prohibited.
• In order to make better effect, the film could not contact with water before drying;
• When use of waterborne wood coatings for painting, pay attention to the thin-coated many times, the thicker the harder to dry, and brush uniformly, prevent sagging;
• If the re-coating time is too long, the film dry out, you must polish before brushing;
• When construction is completed or intermediate, wash tools with water immediately. Frequently wash spray gun to prevent blocking the muzzle.
• Before construction, you must consult construction technology and precautions, asking for the professional construction team to construct.
• Re-coating time:≥4h.
