Bonding mortar

Characteristics:

Introduction:

The product is dry powder, which is made from imported re-distributed polymer, inorganic cementitious material and distributive size filler particle by a special process. This can greatly enhance the mortar strength, adhesion, durability, water resistance, chemical resistance and anti-cracking performance, etc. The product is applicable to bond the wall with insulation board such as EPS, XPS, ceramic, etc.

Application:

The product is widely used to bond the exterior wall with insulation substrate of ordinary residential, high-rise residential, office buildings and public buildings.

Direction:

1.The surface should be smooth, clean, no dust, no grease, etc.

2. Mortar powder: water = 1:(0.25-0.35). Stir uniformly with electric mixer, put it aside for 5-10 minutes and stir again. If the viscosity is high, add proper water.

3. The mixture should be used up in 2 h. Over time, it can not be used.

Coverage:4-6 kg/m2

Attention:

1. Construction temperature: 5℃-35℃. Do not construct when it is sunlight exposure, windy, or rainy.

2. Add water only, aggregate, sank, additives are not allowed.

3. The mixed material should be avoid of exposuring, and prohibit adding water randomly.

4. The mixture should be used up in 2 h, prohibit using the outdated mortar.

5. The product is alkaline material, avoid directly contacting with eyes and other parts when mixing or constructing. If it happened, flush with water immediately, if feeling uncomfortable, see the doctor immediately.

Storage:Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place.
