Waterborne acrylic decorative paint

Characteristics:

a. Safety, environmental friendly, small odour;
b. Fast-drying, high hardness, good adhesion;
c. Excellent rust resistance, good weatherability.

Introduction:

Refined by special water-based resin, pigments and fillers, functional additives, etc. High hardness, good weatherability and rust resistance, good adhesion to different metal substrates, and good adhesion to alkyd primer, etc. Be finish or on coat paint.

Application:

Used in machine parts and steel, and also in the surface coating of chemical tank, tower, steel bridge, indoor and outdoor machinery and equipment.

Construction process:

• Dipping, brushing, or spraying paint, stirred uniformly before use, if the viscosity is high, diluted with proper water, do not add water more than 20%, and stirred uniformly;
• When be one coat paint, the surface of being painted should be cleaned away oil spots, dust and rust;
• The film can dry itself or be dried at low temperature. If dries itself, the minimum temperature is not below 10℃, and the value of humidity is under 75%. If it is dried, the leveling time is above 15 minutes at room temperature, minimum 25 minutes at 60℃;
• Before painting the second coating, the first coating should dry out;
• Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening. The remaining paint should be sealed, if dry skin, affect the use, filter with 100 mesh screen before use.

Storage and transportation:

Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid frozen when transporting.
