Waterborne fluorocarbon paint

Introduction:

Waterborne fluorocarbon paint is a one-component environment friendly fluorocarbon paint, with waterborne fluorocarbon resin as the main component. The paint has excellent durability, easy construction, clean, and long-term gloss retention and color retention. The paint is applicable to various facades, roofs and all kinds of building materials. The super durable decorative protective coating that the paint formed can greatly extend the useful life of the buildings.

Gloss:High gloss, matte.

Color:Many standard colors, varnish, and also can meet customer requirements of special colors.

Direction:

Methods: Brushing, or rolling.

Surface treatment: The painted surface must be clean, dry, flat and solid.

New wall surface: Removing the surface dust, mortar residue and protruding parts. If there are gaps, need to repair timely.

Recoating wall surface: Use appropriate tools to remove the original film, fill with putty and polish smooth.

Ensure the moisture content of the substrate is less than 10%, and pH value is less than 10.

Construction conditions: Construction temperature is above 5 ℃; the maximum air relative humidity is 80%; Avoid rain within 4 h after construction.

Dilution: 5-10%

Drying time: Surface drying time is 30 min at 25 ℃; re-coating time is more than 2 h at 25 ℃. (Drying time will be change with differences in environment and temperature).

Painting interval: Minimum 2 h at 25 ℃.

Tools cleaning: Wash all tools with water immediately after painting.

Attention:

1. Please carefully read the introduction before painting.
2. In strict accordance with the introduction of the dilution ratio, not to dilute excessively.
3. Depending on the construction tools, according to the instructions recoating interval and film thickness to ensure the quality of coating.
4. Tools should be cleaned immediately after construction.
5. Do not pour the paint that has been diluted back to the original package.

Storage: This product should be kept at 0-35in a cool, clean, and dry place. Storage time: one year.
