Multi-layer architectural (Relief) paint

Characteristics:

a. Sturdy and durable, enduring color;
b. Good adhesion, good hiding power;
c. Able to show a convex-concave-shaped three-dimensional texture modeling.

Introduction:

It is a synthetic resin emulsion multi-layer paint. It is prepared from adhesives, which is acrylics synthetic resin emulsion selected from Rohm & Haas, imported high-quality pigments, fillers and various additives. Various colored alternately concave and convex three-dimensional decorative patterns, with relief-like texture, thick quality decorative effect can be available by the construction of multi-channel processing. It is the most ideal environmental friendly, interior and exterior walls decorative coating for modern building.

Composition:Composed by Chenyang close primer, acrylic relief paint and relief private exterior wall latex paint (finish).

Application:For the surface of indoors, exterior wall surfaces, ceilings and other places need decorating.

Gloss:Bright, mat or matte gloss.

Color:Use CPS computer color system and pastes in accordance with the color of customer provided.

Construction points:

• Surface of construction should be smooth, clean, and stability. Old wall should be removed of pollutants, dust, and debris in advance;
• The requirements of cement mortar surface plastered, using iron trowel press it smoothly, and then brush with row of pens, ensure the period more than 14 days at room temperature. Construct after moisture content is less than 10%, and pH value is lower than 10;
• Not construct when it rains, winds and temperature is below 8℃;
• Before spraying , you can roller a seal primer to close the substrate;
• When spraying the main paint, air pressure is 0.4-0.6Mpa, the perpendicular distance from the jet to the wall is 40-50 cm, select nozzles of different diameter depending on patterns;
• With special plastic roller dipping kerosene rolling within several minutes after spraying paint, the pressure should be uniform, in order to ensure the same thickness and prevent the out side;
• Main paint should be dried for more than 24 h generally. The surface should be rolled twice and the interval is 2-4 h;
• Paint must be stirred uniformly before construction, if the main paint is sticky, dilute it appropriately with water.

Storage and transportation:

• Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid cold and sunlight, and 5℃-35℃;
• Storage time is 6 months. Over the storage period can still be used in line with technical specifications;
• Pack with tinplate drum or plastic drum;
• Treat it according to rules of non-dangerous goods” when transporting.
