Imitation stone paint

Characteristics:

a. Can be made into different styles of natural rock colors;
b. Similar to the natural granite, marble, white marble, feeling strong, vivid, elegant, dignified;
c. Long service life, resistance to washing, fadeless.

Introduction:

The paint is a new type product produced by advanced technology, and mainly made from natural rock powders (such as granite, white marble, marble, serpentine, limestone, etc.) and fillers, additives, emulsion and other processed raw materials by special processes. The paint is high-grade decorative exterior wall paint with the natural color of natural rock, water resistance and resistant to scratches, vivid, elegant and dignified.

Application:

1. Relief, beams, columns and other art forms of the wall;

2. The bottom of high-rise buildings around the dado;

3. The exterior walls of high-grade residence and apartments;

4. Classical architecture, rock fence of parks

Construction requirement:

1. Substrate surface must be solid and dry, and pH value is less than 10. Remove the grease, algae, floating dust and loose objects from the painted surface, and fill cracks, holes, dents with putty.

2. Paint (rolling or brushing) a special matching primer on the substrate uniformly;

3. When the primer is dry out set up separate lines according to need;

4. Stir the paint uniformly, and then fill the paint into special spray gun and construt. Air pressure is 0.4-0.8MPa, the perpendicular distance from the jet to the wall is 0.35-0.30 m.

5. When finishing paint, draw the separation line immediately;

6. Due to the difference of the climate and coating thickness, the paint will be dry out within 48-96 h, and then dealing with finish.

7. Fill the finish into special spray gun, then spray the paint on the surface uniformly with spray pressure 0.3-0.4 MPa and spray dosage of 2-4 kg/m2;

8. Do not construct when it is windy, rain , snowy or the temperature below 5℃.
