Waterborne metal protective paint

Characteristics:

Refined by modified water-based resin, pigments, functional fillers, special additives, diluted with, VOC content is lower than the relevant national standards. Easy to construct, fast drying, Film fullness. Feels fine when touch. Good protection to the substrate.

Used as coating in industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing, hardware, household appliances, etc.

Construction process:

• Brushing, spraying or dipping paint, water addition is about 20% the viscosity is 25-35 s, do not add water excessively;
• The surface of being painted should be cleaned, do not have oil spots and floating dust, etc;
• When coating, if there is a drying line, the film can be dried below 90℃ in order to speed up the drying, and the leveling time is no less than 15 minutes, the drying time is no less than 25 minutes;
• Before painting the second coat, the first coat should dry out, the time between the first and second coat must be over 24h;
• Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening.

Attention:

• Diluted with water, avoid the pH is acid, when dilute, follow the principle of a small amount several times;
• The leftover paint should be stored separately, maintain pH 7.5-8.5 when reuse; 3. Do not construct when the temperature below 5or humidity above 85%.

Storage and transportation:Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid cold, sun exposure and rain when transporting.
