Mouldproof and environmental friendly latex paint

Introduction:

The latex paint is refined by high-quality acrylic copolymer emulsion, imported high performance pigments, additives, and special functional fillers, etc. with the international advanced technology. Application:Applied to interior walls, ceilings and other requiring decorative surface.

Gloss:Matte gloss.

Color: According to color cards, and also can be prepared in accordance with the color of customer provided.

Methods: Brushing, rolling or spraying.

Consumption: Theoretical value 13 m2/L (Dry film thickness is 30 m).

Surface treatment: Removing the grease, algae, mycophenolate and other adhesion objects from the painted surface, maintaining clean, smooth and solid. The loosen paint film on the surface of the previously coated paint must be removed and rubbed down well with sandpaper.

Paint mixing: In the summer, the water does not exceed 30%; yet in the winter, the water is no more than 20%, stir uniformly.

Drying time: Surface drying time is 1 h at 25℃.

Construction Temperature: Above 5℃.

Re-coating time: At least 2 h.

Completely cured time: About 7 d in summer, 15 d in winter, and the curing time should be suitably prolonged in wet weather.

Storage:

This product should be stored in a cool dry place 5-35airtight seal.

Storage time: one year.

Attention:

When using it, we should avoid carelessly splashing into eyes, nose, mouth, or direct contact with sensitive skin, do not construct with the solvent-based polyurethane paint and polyester paint at the same time. Avoid cold and sun exposure when transporting.

Standards:

GB/T9756-1995.

The product is in line with the standard GB18582-2001.
